Problem: The event needed new branding every year to match different themes and locations.

What We Did: We created new logos and visuals for each event, reflecting the host country’s culture and the year’s theme.

What We Did: We simplified it from a thick booklet to a 16-page foldable brochure, then fully transitioned to a digital guide.

What We Did: We designed easy-to-edit email templates and set up integrations with Mailchimp and Pardot for better CRM management. We also pushed for mobile-friendly designs early on.

Result: Email communications became 30% faster, and Koelnmesse could send messages easily as the event scale.
